Project Management - Telecommunications

Job Description:
You will provide on-site Project Management of all aspects of Telecommunication Systems implementations. Implementations can include deploying VoIP, multi-site networking, Custom Design, and Training the customer. You will allocate and schedule resources, develop customized project plans, define and track tasks, dependencies, priorities, milestones, deliverables and risks. Provide regular project updates to Operations Department.

Mandatory Qualifications:
Two to Three years of Project Management in a Technical Field.
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Excellent Customer relationship management skills.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral
Exceptional Organizational skills
Demonstrated Experience with MS Project or equivalent
Good Understanding of Communications Industry

Intern Jr. Tech Job Description
Scope:
An Intern Junior Technician will assist by learning to wire, install, and troubleshoot telecommunications products. There are two levels of internship for technicians. Interns will remain in level 1 for a minimum of 3 months. At the end of three months, Synectic will decide whether to renew employment. When Intern completes Intern Level 1 requirements with proficiency, they will be reviewed & promoted to level 2. This position is ideal for anyone eager to jump into the world of telecommunications. Knowledge of telecommunications is a plus.

Salary: DOE. As knowledge and on-the-job experience grows, Jr., Technician will be eligible for Level Upgrades and salary increases.
